Rick Bailey & Company Providing Coronavirus Resources to Businesses

March 18, 2020

Since 1978, Rick Bailey & Company has provided exceptional employee benefits to businesses. As we face the COVID-19 pandemic together, we are thankful to offer products that protect families and provide access to the best healthcare system in the world.

We anticipate the coronavirus pandemic will increasingly challenge the physical, mental and financial well-being of our community over the next several weeks and months.  We are committed to doing our part to minimize those challenges for everyone in our community.

Providing Free Coronavirus Resources to Businesses

We can help through the power of information. We provide resources to our clients that are written by attorney and HR experts. These resources provide easy-to-understand guidance for HR compliance, benefits and legal changes.

We would like to share those resources will businesses in the community.

Is your business asking tough questions like: How can we reduce employee hours but still remain DOL compliant? How does our health insurance cover coronavirus? How will legislation provide financial relief for my business?

Please visit our Coronavirus Resources page for all the latest information.

Rick Bailey & Company and Coronavirus - The "New Normal"

In response to the guidance issued by the nation’s healthcare authorities, Rick Bailey & Company has taken steps to promote the health and safety of our employees and clients. Starting Monday, March 16, our employees will be working from home.

Working from home is nothing new for our team. We have the technology and support protocols already in place to ensure our clients do not experience a disruption in service.

By using secure databases, Voiceover IP phone system, video conferencing software and technology devices, we can continue to provide the same level of customer service to our clients.

By working together as a community, we can help limit the impact caused by the coronavirus outbreak.

We extend our best wishes to those whose health may become directly impacted. We also pass along our deepest thanks to healthcare professionals serving the rest of us in this time of need!
