You can video chat with a physician 24/7 from your home. Most insurance companies have waived copays for virtual visits for the next few weeks. Virtual visits are a great way to get consult for any sickness (and even prescriptions called into your local pharmacy) before going to a doctor's office, urgent care or emergency room. IRS Waived Cost-Sharing for Telemedicine on High Deductible Health Plans
If you have a High Deductible Health Plan (HSA), you can have no-cost virtual physician visits, even if you have not met your plan deductible yet.
Member costs waived for COVID-19 testing​ Should you need a diagnostic testing for coronavirus, your insurance company has waived all member costs. ( This represents a $1,000 - $4,000 value to you.)
Mail Order Prescription or Prescription Delivery Service
Insurance companies typically offer mail order as an option for maintenance drugs. Contact your insurance company for help converting your 30-day retail pharmacy prescription to a 90-day mail order prescription. (It will usually reduce your costs also!). Many pharmacies - such as CVS - are offering no-cost or low-cost delivery services. Check with your pharmacy to see what services they are providing to their customers at this time.

For the next 90 days, Aetna will offer zero co-pay telemedicine visits for any reason.
Special open enrollment is scheduled for Monday, April 6,2020 through Friday, April 17, 2020 for commercial Aetna fully insured and Small Group Aetna Funding Advantage customers. The SEP is limited to eligible employees and dependents who did not previously elect coverage. Existing members can add dependents to their plan during the SEP. Enrollees can choose between an April 1, 2020, or May 1, 2020, effective coverage date. During the SEP, current members will not be able to change plans. At this time, the Special Enrollment Period is limited to medical, pharmacy, dental, vision and voluntary products.
CVS Pharmacy will waive charges for home delivery of prescription medications.
Through Aetna's Healing Better program, members who are diagnosed with COVID-19 will receive a care package.
Offering offers 90-day maintenance medication prescriptions and will waive early refill limits on 30-day prescription maintenance medications.
