"My entire career has been dedicated to Rick Bailey & Company clients, some of which I have worked with since my first day in 1996”, says Delane Castleberry. “I have watched clients go from adding a newborn baby to their insurance policy to sending that child off to college. I get invested in our clients, not only professionally, but on a personal level, too.”
Delane provides business management, financial planning, and budgetary decisions for Rick Bailey & Company. With over twenty years of experience as a licensed insurance agent, Delane specializes in individual health insurance, small business plans, and senior products including estate planning life insurance and long-term care insurance.
Delane's achievements in the areas of on-exchange individual and small business plans earned her the Healthcare.gov Circle of Champions Award for 2018-2021.
Delane earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Reinhardt University in 1997. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University in 1999. She was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa Society.
Delane is happily married to her husband Gary and together they have six children. Family activities like soccer, taekwondo, hiking, bowling, and volunteering keep them busy in their free time.
Giving back to the community is close to Delane’s heart. As President of the Service League of Cherokee County, Delane invested over 2,000 hours managing the day-to-day operations of the non-profit organization that raises money for needy children.
“The difference between a dream and a goal is a timeline”, Delane says reflecting on her role at the agency. “Insurance can be stressful for clients in many ways. It’s nice when I hear that I made the process easy for them, or that it wasn’t as hard as they thought.”
